    3rd sit of the season. I haven't seen a single deer on stand this year. Hoping to buck that trend tonight. Set up in my clover plot, going to catch a big boy coming in for a snack before he heads or to the ag fields.

    Well that didn't take long. Busted by a doe and two fawns while I was meeting with my phone. That's ok though, she would have gotten a pass anyway tonight.

    I have my son Justin out for his first ever bow hunt. Hoping a doe comes in close enough for him to get a shot. We are in a ground blind on a bean field. The beans have really turned in the last 2 days.

    Well, had a lone doe come in about 10 minutes before to he end of shooting light. She spooked when I drew, but only ran about 15 yards, and stopped broadside, but behind a couple of branches. She knew something wasn't right, but didn't know what. I held at full draw waiting for her to take a step one way it another. But by the time she moved, I couldn't see her thru my peep. Damn, do close!

    Got a light rain here & Still a lot of fog. Sat in a stand that I have not hunted this season but did kill 2 does from here last season so hoping to at least see a deer or 2
