Not many still able to hunt I guess, since nobody has posted here in over a month. I have 2 more weeks left here in RI the season ends on Jan 31st for me. I'm up a tree in the rain right now. Glad I have my tree umbrella with me. Hoping the rain dies down. Need a deer for the freezer.

 

I didn't think they still made the tree umbrella how old is yours and is the one that wraps around the tree

I bought it new last year on eBay and yes it wraps around the tree with ties to secure it. I could also be used as a makeshift little ground blind front cover if you really wanted to use it for that.

 

I am up in a tree. Sat/Sun last hunts

No rain for me but I definitely am dealing with gusty winds aswell. Pretty strong gusts.

I tagged a yearling doe at very last light. She was with momma but momma never offered a clear shot. she'll be dang good eatin.

Awesome! Great way to end the season! I saw about 20 with a few nice bucks. Never had a shot, but a great hunt for Jan 19th
