Yeah was at Hanover Watershed today and going to Sawmill tomorrow....can't decide if I'm going to reserve a spot at Avondale on Thursday or hit PB or Liberty instead!!!! Choices lol

Taking the lady foxing tonight. She will be behind the trigger hope she hits the mark.

 

Just got settled in... Cold and a tad windy but not as bad as yesterday. Different spot today....hoping for some success.... Seen a nice Buck at this location the last time I hunted it

Little late but I think this is about the shot you took, I watched him run off and saw the blood spot grow as he did, about 75 yards I found the "blowout" about a 12 in circle of blood, found him 25 yards from that spot.

 

Thanks... Unsuccessful day but did see 3 Does.... 2 running about 100yds away near a stream...

Then saw a young/small Deer (probably ran off by its Mama) 30yds to my left coming down a hill but never came up on the side of the hill I was set up on (I wouldn't have taken a shot on it though being so small).

Over all just being out on a nice cold day like today was enjoyable!!!!

anyone out there this morning? anything moving?

 

Just got out about half hour ago. Its actually pretty nice out just hoping the deer move. Not really expecting much but ya never know unless your out here.

 

Last day for Bow till January 6th here in Md (You can still Bowhunt during Muzzleloader season but I didn't get my ML tag) so I can't. So hoping for some success... Got out about 1hr ago 11:30 and the weather is warm, it was 48 when I got out of my truck. Set up in what looks to be a nice area, plenty of tracks, even a nice scrape and scat underneath where I'm set up.... Now I just need some Deer to come my way!!!! Public Land hunting has been difficult this season lol...give me something

No, no luck didn't even see 1 (went to Speigel CWMA) and the ML tag for me is $25 being a non resident .....I'm good anyway I need a break for a few weeks.... Getting frustrated lol

Cool pics guys! Well im back out again looking for one more slick! Its flooded all over from the massive amount of rain we got the last 2 days, im perched in the highest elevated location on our lease, its a bedding area and full of browse! Same tree im seeing all the Bucks from last couple hunts! Its in the 40's and very windy. Hope the wind dosent shut down movement!

 

After the snowfall, seen deer out browsing all over from 1:00pm till dark.

 

Hunting PB this morning filming my buddy .... No deer yet.

 

Im hunting Turkeys this morning!sitting in a small wad of pines brushed in with pine bowes looking over cut corn, they have been comming out regular, just hope they dong take there time, its 13 degrees

 

Well guys the rut has just started here in Tuscaloosa AL. Sitting on edge of hardwood next to some thick pines with good wind 25deg and a few scraps.
