    Little spike I always see has been in the field for about 30 mins, I'm tired of seeing just him every sit. At least he makes a good live decoy.

    Hitting the woods tomorrow gonna be windy, but idc. As far as I am concerned prime rut in MD is gonna be the next 10-12 days.

    No hunting for me today. Pulling a stand tomorrow morning then wont be back out until Sat. Temps are looking good for then so maybe it will be another good hunt!

    Not off to a good start. I had to tighten some bolts on my stand, but I knew that already, but while I was tightening said bolts, my pull up rope comes untied from my wrist, so had to climb down an get that.

    So I get in stand and start screwing in my bow holder, the screw in part snapped off.

    And now some jack *** just drove by, turned around, pulled into where I park, spotlighted my truck and the field I'm by, I see 3 deer running. All I can do is sit here and shake my head. You would think a truck parked beside some fields and timber with Bowhunting stickers on it would kind of give some one the idea that somebody may be hunting.

    Ready and waiting spooked one coming in and had one walk under me in the dark. It's not to cold high 30, but the wind is whipping @ 10-20 mph

    Just had a lone doe come in and browse around for a few mins. She didn't act like she was worried about a buck chasing her. She walked by my camera that I checked this morning and smelled and got a little spooky an walked off after that. Could have easily shot her when he first walked in, but my freezer is already full.

    Haha I did the same thing. Went and checked my trail cam and decided there wasn't anything on there to make me want to climb a tree.
