    Just looked over and see a fresh rub on a 3" diameter tree about 10yds away. The real kicker, it's about 8 feet from my trail cam but not in its view.

    Suns finally out, maybe the deer will come out to absorb it!

    Only about 2 hours of shooting light left. Something needs to start happening. I've already eaten almost all of the doe I got earlier this season. ME NEED MORE MEAT!!!

    i have been on stand all day here in south central Iowa. perfect day a little warm 55 degrees. ssw wind at 9 mph.
    so far 7 different bucks have gone through my funnel. 2 were at 1230. bucks are cruising but no hot does coming through...yet....

    What a crappy weekend for hunting!! Today it's in the 50's and sunny. And the rest if the weekend it's 80% chance if rain and thunder... But you can't kill something from the couch, so here I sit, in my stand at 2:20. Let's hope something crosses my path!! Good luck to everyone out there hunting this weekend!!

    Spooked two deer on way to my stand. One was a doe for sure, only saw the flag on the other. Hoping it was a good sign. Havnt had a lot of tree time lately
