    I don't think the big boys have even came out yet to be honest I have a couple pics of them harassing does at night but not in day light. I believe the best is yet to come !

    I am so grateful to be able to hunt the beautiful state of Kansas. I have seen 15 bucks in 3 1/2 days, that is 15 more than at home. I am more grateful that my wife understands my sickness with bowhunting midwest rut as today is our 11th wedding anniversary and for the 5th straight year I am 1800 miles away from her. Good luck everyone

    Same thing going on here. Younger bucks are chasing but haven't seen any mature. Let's hope it's before the 16th because that's the last day for me.

    I got the assault hung in the kill tree NNW or N for the next couple days lows in the mid 20s they will move. Riding past one my props just now had a small 8 run across the street...

    Back up in stand. Climbed down and was headed out, had an antlerless under the other stand. Seen me and ran but didn't blow, maybe they're gonna move after all

    Still freezing though, windchill gonna be close to single digits in the morning when I get back out.

    Been sitting here freezing for about 3 hours, wind just creeping its way in the back of my neck. Forgot all about having my face mask, put it on and tucked the back in, good to go for the final hour!
