    Day 4, all day sits are killing me... Haven't even seen a bird today. Absolutely no wind all day. They never seem to move well when it is calm here.

    Squirrel going nuts back in the bedding area. This is the time I shot the doe Friday.

    Hunting feom the ground this evening. No trees to hang a stand on this property. Basically hiding behind an evergreen tree. Saw a big buck come and go twice in these trees last evening.

    Oh yeah small 8 pushed two does about 70 yds out that all the action for today unless a miracle happens

    An hour left here, doesn't look like it will end on the same note it began. Still time though, they're moving somewhere close by. All it takes is a little chase

    Couple false alerts to end the night, turkeys roosting had me thinking chasing and a rabbit after the squirrels went away. Back at it tomorrow. Think I'll break out the cold weather gear. Rain to snow with 25mph gusts

    Hahaha yeah maybe. Could've shot button bucks and fawns to my hearts desire tonight but was waiting for a mature doe or nice buck. Heard two bucks going at it for almost 10 mins down the field.

    Just got home and checked my other trail cam(pulled it before I left). I am officially stoked and motivation is not needed, just a little luck of showing up in the daylight hours.
