    Them snow pics are making me jealous for sure. I'm out of vacation for the year but if we had a snowfall like that I might have to be sick from work. Mental health day.

    I have one more camera to pull on a trail near a hinge cut I did this spring. Its been there since middle of sept. I'm going to pull that on my way out. If I am right about that funnel I may sit there all day tomorrow. Hopefully it's not dead.

    So I had a big spike come in and I shot over him at 30 yds. He ran off and about 20 min later he came back up the trail he had come on before. 2nd arrow was a complete passthrough. He jumped up and ran off the other way. I got down and got blood all over the arrow but none on the ground. Since I didn't see him go down I backed out. Man I shaking like a leaf. What a rush. This is the first deer I've ever flung an arrow at!

    Good luck on the track, give him a hour, maybe even 2 just to be safe, if you start tracking then find a puddle of blood, let it go another hour or 2 before continuing.

    OMG I cannot describe what I'm feeling right now. It's been 1 hr. There's another member here hunting. He said he is going to climb down and head over here. So we probably won't start the track for another hour or so.
