    Just got home, not able to go back out til tomorrow morning. Weather report says its supposed to get below freezing over night maybe, that will get this rut going around here.

    Had a 7 pt tear up a tree 10 ft from me with me on the ground. That was pretty cool to watch. Turned out it was his last tree rub cause 5 minutes later he went up the mountain under my 16 yr olds stand. He was tickled as was I. Great hunt.

    I grunted at a few I seen this morning after they went past a ways and they didn't even care either. I was just looking for their reactions. Where abouts do you hunt?

    I'm done until Friday morning when I will be checking in from Athens, OH. I sat 4 times in the last four days without seeing a deer. Don't want to burn myself out for nothing. Good luck to you all till Friday.

    Currently have a young doe bedded 30 yards from me. Hoping she moves soon because I'm tired of having to pay attention to her.

    Had the same thing happen last weekend, around 1130, and she decided to stick around until dark. It sucked. I thought about slinging and arrow at her a few times, but my freezer is already full couldn't find any one that needed
    A doe.

    Deer are chasing like mad in Ohio. After my girlfriend shot her buck, we saw a big 9 point we call ET running down the road. Then this morning i went and picked up a buck that got hit by a car in town. My brother watched a little guy rub the hell out of some trees this AM and just now i was setting up a trail cam and had a young buck run through.

    Its on here for sure.

    Just got back in stand. Couldn't decide which stand I wanted to sit, ended up coming back to the same spot I was this morning. Not sure why, since I didn't see a deer all morning! Good Luck to everyone!
