I use the replacement blades. Still kind of expensive, but in comparison to what I spend on my favorite hobby, it's a drop in the bucket.

I shoot the 2" Grim Repear also. Love them as well.

My brother has been shooting the Grum Repear for years with his cross bow. They have great results.

Scouting mission today. Covered some ground. Found the deer are starting to throw down some sign. Hung a camera. Need to do more scouting in this area. 20241006_112844.jpeg 20241006_113409.jpeg

Yes he is! We moved the stand we were in yesterday and he was all over picking the right tree. His first priority when we get in the stand is to plaster war paint all over his face.

Tuesday morning looks like a time to get aggressive. Over 40 degree temp drop in just 36 hrs. I'm off work and I am moving in tight to known bedding.

Got settled in about 15 minutes ago, warm and breezy. Huge oak to my right, nice green fields to my left, wind is all over the place. Good luck pm crew. 7459F239-1749-4215-ABC9-BD989D246576.jpeg

I'm ground hunting with my wife. We just had 15 turkeys walk 15' or so to our right and they literally walked straight away from her, nothing but tails in our face. She's never shot anything so we didn't want to risk a decapitation shot. Cool encounter. Lots of turkeys here, it will happen. Still plenty of daylight for her. 20241006_172457.jpg

I’m up tree. There are acorns everywhere this year hard to find a setup but I think I found a spot a few deer are feeding them. They will be close if i shoot real thick in here. I was hear earlier this time at least but took forever to pick a tree low expectations if it’s not a baby and not something I don’t want to put a antlered tag on it’s in trouble.

I just noticed a camera about 20yds from my stand. I can’t tell if it’s one I left up here or it’s someone else’s. Looks like an antenna on it but I can’t say for certain. I’ll check it out before I leave.
