    Congrats guys .short hunt this morning, saw and pretty much heard nothing. No hunt tonight due to storms coming in.
    Tomorrow's the last day and Ill hunt the morning

    Multiple traffic jams cost me over an hour and a half so if I get out tonight it will be a very short sit with my dad's crossbow.
    Still got about an hour to drive plus I have to stop and pick up my license and tags. Third world hell hole out on these roads can't wait to disappear into the woods

    Played with a bull last night but ran out of daylight. Tried to get on him this morning but nada, he wasn’t in there again. Located another bull though and we’re going to try to get him going this evening. Beautiful sunset last night.

    Little warm but back in a stand. Sitting on an inside corner on the last green soybeans in the field, with an oak dropping acorns on the edge about 25 yards away. Good luck killers!

    Congrats MIHOYT and suncrest!! I’m back from the outerbanks and itching to get after it. I have a property I can hunt in PA here in special regs that opened up today, couldn’t get out but hopefully Monday evening after work!!

    Giving it until 8a.m. then I have to get to work. I need to slice and bake a bunch of eggplant before roasting a 28# turkey I put in a wine,water,rosemary and garlic brine last night.I definitely need coffee first.
    Good thing.... no mice this a.m. rat poison traps must have finally worked

    I just may get a few min. last hunt in after all...
    Before and after ( do not look at my oven, it's been a baking marathon of freezer casseroles the last two weeks). She gets a scrubbing Tuesday.
    Hhmmm... actual now that I look...think the turkey did a lot of that mess, it had a thick layer of fat.

    Just had 2 does and 2 fawns come through. Just as the lead doe came into my lane she turned and fed straight away from me with no shot… crap
