the regs on the F&W areas already say no 'bonus' tags can be used which are the antlerless tags, so why specify firearms ?.. I sure as hell hope they dont open the F&W areas for 'bonus' tags for other weapons and those crossthingys always needed a separate license, I dont want to be grouped in with them ... and since the crossthingys were included in archery/'bow' seasons the pressure on the state areas during those seasons has went up tremendously .. BTW, one could always use the ML license to kill a antlerless on state lands during the ML season along with the 2 archery tags you could get

wont know till all this is finalized ...

Well every dog has his day! I screwed the pooch on the shot. The arrow is 90% clean. One bed with next to no blood in it. No blood on the trail at all. I knew I was high entrance but thought my exit was good with my angle. Just a few pieces of hair at shot sight. 3 drops of blood in 500 yds and the smallest amount of blood in a bed. I bleed more when I get cut lol, must have just grazed her. I shot throw a small window but I thought it was clean through. Humble pie time!! My buddy’s dog is a beast I wouldn’t have found anything without her.

Wow, I could only hope to see that many deer in one weekend and you saw it in one sit. Sorry to hear your shot wasn't good.

37 is a wild number. Not kidding. Especially when it comes to people using it as a way to indicate randomness.

    Nerd comment over.

I went out tonight and saw a fawn a long ways off.

Towards dark and fawn and doe came out and she offered a 100 yard shot. I'm trying to shoot as many does with this new ammo as possible. I'm now 3 for 3. She opened up right away. I hit a rib on the entry. Great blood trail. First pic is at POI. I've been disappointed how Hornady blood trails start. My goal is to shoot 3 or 4 more does this week and see if Bearcreek ammo produces better blood. I already like how much more accurate they shoot. 1000012220.jpg 1000012222.jpg 1000012223.jpg

I think we've (or at least I) have made that point on this forum before.
I 100% believe it's the most commonly randomly occurring number in media and pop culture. It's everywhere.

Urban, deer are packed in there nice n tight. Best part is my cam caught 5 deer lol. No hunting/sanctuary to one side. Lady feeds 24/7 no hunting, I’m hunting the corridor in and out, first year hunting it. Been a crazy year, I see deer on the farm but not like this! Over populated to say the least! They came in waves of 4-8, I couldn’t get outa the damn tree.
