    Dead quiet and the steam coming off each breath is near blinding...wow it's cold out here. I look like an idling steam engine..lol

    Yesterday I smoked two deer hams off my deer from Saturday. Got them and 48 bacon burgers put away in the freezer. My deer season is pretty much over. Going to pull my blinds and cameras tomorrow.

    Think I'll join Jake and go fishing.

    When I hunted with my compound bow, the first thing I did when I bought a new hunting jacket/coat, was to practice shooting with it on, to make sure there was no string contact. Never encountered an issue when shooting at a deer.
