Weird, I have used them for years and never had them not work, matter of fact, when I was done for the day and took them off back at the truck they would swell up on the drive back home. They're made to produce their own oxygen for boot use. I always wore insulated Lacrosse rubber boots, wore a standard cotton sock with a toe heater on bottom(one on top as well on really cold mornings) covered with a wool sock. Lasted all day and then some.
Today I had the full insole warmers and toe warmer on top. I’d never make it without those things. I find that the more room in the boot, the better. Always wanted heated socks but they get mixed reviews. With Suncrest’s approval maybe I’ll try em
I have the same problem, just curious. I bought one of the rechargeable hand warmers, it does really well for a long time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Heading to the stand. It’s 27 with almost no wind. It’s going to warm up to 32 today!! Sounds nice but I’m sure the 10mp winds won’t make it feel like that. I took Sunday off and slept for 11hrs which was nice. Going to sneak down at about 11 to check cameras and add 1 more. Good luck everyone!!
not anymore you have company!!!! ill be out later this am!!!!!!!!! on the ground and carrying the boom stick!!!
I’m on stand for the last sit in Ohio. I seen a snap buck as it was breaking daylight. 18 degrees and calm. I have both with me since it’s the first day of gun season. Good luck if you’re out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Active morning so far. 2 does, 4 fawns, spike and 2 forkies. I also saw a black squirrel. Just now heard the first shot off in the distance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I wish indiana's gun season was like yours. Ours is in the middle of the rut and lasts 2 weeks. It just ended yesterday. Too long! Sent from my SM-N975U1 using Tapatalk
2 more spikes, a doe and 2 fawns. This much movement has to have mature bucks on their feet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
What size battery do you have for those and how many hours will they last? Sent from my SM-N975U1 using Tapatalk
Definitely bad timing. Still some activity here new bucks showing up and hitting scrapes. Spike Buck and two yearlings testing my resolve. They are bedded 60 yards away. Dropped my hand warmer first thing this morning. A hot coffee sounds great right now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
