1000003518.jpg Just had big buck chase three does off the top of the opposite hillside of the holler. They got half way down and disappeared behind a big tree top. Can't see them anymore. They were right here when I seen them last.

Any weapons season. Sitting in a tree with bow. Will only shoot a buck.
BIL shot a nice 8 last weekend. It is prime time, chasing should be kicking off.
@Suncrest08 nice to hear about the dead meats, that’s what’s on my arrow right now. Hope to add test data. And congrats on another doe.

Looks very deery! Best of luck.
I'm heading out for an evening hunt. I'd be happy just to see a doe, or two go by. It's really been dead for me lately. So, it can only get better.

    OMG !
I am so tired it took me from 8 to 11 :30 just to skin and quarter him up. Then till 12:30 to clean and dispose of parts. I cut head to skin and euro mnt. That is a tomorrow project. That hide was glued to him and zero fat. The hams weighed same as 5pt. The shoulders were heavier and the neck..10#'s lighter, the 5pt had a freakish neck. The loins a few #'s heavier and way longer. Straps were bigger as well.
    Have some great hunts guys.

Back up, got down for a couple hours to do some chores the wife left for me. Trimmed a couple trees to increase my shooting lanes.
