Those 2 Doe fawns came into about 7yds. Kept me company till the wind shifted. So cool to be eye level to deer at close range.

Sitting in a pile of legs. Trying to get closer to the deer. Not very comfortable. I'm here to kill, not be comfortable.

    Spill blood!

Well the SIL saw a jumbo chasing a doe tonight long distance and couldn't get shot over on my river place. He's tore up. We'll be there again in the morning. I'm doe only with a gun. Hope he gets a chance at him.

So damn close…. Had a doe come running out of the thick crap, fed right to me and crossed 20 yds in front of me. I didn’t shoot her because I knew that she was being pushed. Well at last light here he comes, one of the big 8pts came past at 25 yds and it was just too dark for me to see…. Hopefully they stay in the area and I get another crack at him tomorrow morning.

Hopefully they'll stay local for you. Since he's apparently locked onto her, they just might!

Literally needed 5 minutes, now I’m going to drive myself nuts. Should I sit in the blind again in the morning or the stand on the point lol

Went out for an evening sit at the little 40acre pc I got my 2 deer during archery. Got out of the truck at 320 walked behind the old abandon house and was done by 330. I did stay until the end to see if a buck would show up but nothing else. Ended up being a good night. No blood pics she dropped where I shot her approximately 80yd. Where that deer is standing is where I shot the one in the pic below. Still need to fill my buck tag and I have a couple more doe tags. Deer is hanging might try to get out in the morning. 3AAB541E-367B-42AC-8346-2325D118B410.jpeg 08834AA6-8D1E-445B-BECC-9AF5A9199F69.jpeg 8FD87223-3DF8-4B2F-A62E-731CE1AF0A84.jpeg

Sitting on the LOGS paid off!

I was thinking about shooting a doe at 230 when a squirrel started barking near me. I waited a few and sure enough, a doe and fawns. 70 yard pop! It's been a month since I've killed. She didn't go far.

Sorry late - had to get to an area to upload photos. 1000011180.jpg 1000011181.jpg 1000011182.jpg 1000011184.jpg
