Up and getting ready. Snow today in NJ. Should get interesting. Love hunting in the snow, can see deer soooo much better.

Very windy. Hoping my tree doesn't fall over. Spitting snow. Very quiet getting in cause of wet ground and high wind. Heater vest and hand warmers going. No deer movement yet.

Tried to go hunting this morning but had to turn around

About a week or so ago I noticed a slight pain in my left knee.. it has gotten worse every day since. This morning it hurt but not as bad as last night… got dressed, stepped outside and the pain was through the roof.. I had a hard time walking at all… waiting for the Drs office to open to see if I can get in there

    Prayers appreciated

Boy oh boy I made a good decision. That bad weather was for camp. Well we have 5 in. and it's coming down hard. Sticking to everything. . Hunting near food source this afternoon will be the ticket . Bet they are hunkered down in pines now, waiting for it to ease up.

@Tony .Good luck with that and glad your getting it looked at fast. I did not, waited a couple of months. Well I had torn my muniscus. The tear worsened then split off pieces that did some real damage. Easy surgery but they had to remove 2/3 of my meniscus and do a hard scrape on all the arthritis my foolishness caused.
It was a simple turn when running from an electrical storm.

Just had a coyote come in get to the same spot the deer made it to this morning and stop and go the other way checked the wind it’s blowing away from where they were beginning to wonder if the scent free detergent has my clothes glowing with uv or something that’s the 3rd time that’s happened this week both the deer that have done it stopped looked up stood there a minute and turned and went back the way they came no blowing or anything has me puzzled

Those things are very skittish and have great senses. I wouldn't worry.
