I thought I might be done for the year, 4 days off hunting/back in the office and catching up the past few pages has disposessed me of that thought. Have to pay the wife tax this weekend through THX day, then it's back to KILL

Just waiting for daybreak. Not as cold nor windy as the forecast, but the wind is right for this spot. Hoping this big buck comes back through here. Good luck! @snuff I think I'm right up the road from you in saluda nc. Really windy down there?
Really nice buck came in and went to the thick stuff over the ridge. He was sooo close, just no shot. Big 8 and a dandy for here.
Yeah it’s pretty windy for us steady winds 10-15 gusts up to 35 Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I am up for a morning hunt. Sprinkling out. I think the rut up here is starting up. It seems to run late up here. I think I found the sweet spot with the saddle. Going to keep it after all.
I’m in the blind this morning rain turned to snow earlier than I thought. I packed for the blind hunt if I knew the weather was going to be like this probably would have chosen a different spot. Pbj, bacon and apple juice on the menu I packed for the all day sit but I doubt I’ll last. 3 doe went through the neighbors yard about 7.
I’m cutting my hunt short this morning my dads well pump messed up going to help him Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Just had 2 8s, 2 forkies and a spike on a hot doe. Big 8 caught an arrow. I heard him crash. Still have a forkie under me.
