4pt, small doe, and a fawn tonight.

Time for a break. I’m not going into the woods with a weapon for a bit. Getting cold cold cold this week and I have 0 food on our property.

Good luck this morning everyone! Hopefully I'll be back in a NJ tree over Thanksgiving. Until then it's all Sara and the kids trying to get a Buck with the rifle. VT is a 1 Buck state and I got mine November 4 with the bow. There's no Doe hunting AT ALL during rifle season here in VT, which ends December 1. Then it's 14 days to shoot a Doe with Bow and a 9 day Muzzy. After December 15, I go to NJ or can't deer hunt. NJ goes until February 15, so plenty of season left there.

I'm out with the noise maker this morning. It's very foggy here in Northern Indiana but I'm hoping something walks by my spot. Yesterday, according to my cams, there were bucks up cruising around at noon. Good luck everyone.

God had a good laugh this morning. Watching the fat boy run down the railroad tracks. There’s a v in the hill and of course that’s where I was when I heard the train and it was coming fast. There are spots where I could have stepped off there but it seems like it’s about 10ft on each side. So I ran as fast as I could about 60 to 75yds and got off as soon as I did leaves were deeper than I thought and I went down. I was able to catch myself and not bang my gun on the ground. Needles to say I’m all sweated up now.

Been on stand since 5:40. Little warmer this morning at 40 degrees. This is my last sit in Ohio this trip. Good luck if you’re out.

We did have rain for about 20 minutes over night. Hopefully whatever made these scrapes in from of me will check them. They aren’t huge but multiples.

I hope it was nice! It may have been the smaller of the eight points I’ve been hunting

    Heck yeah Big Tonnnneeee!!!!

Way to start the week off for us. We need to see some blood.

Shockmaster - I don't know if I'd like to get it done that quickly. Kind of like the...the buildup.
