Good luck @Slugger ! Im up for evening. Almost 20 degree drop from yesterday. But the wind is kicking good. Steady 15-17 mph. Going to have to spot the deer, definitely not going to hear them.
Hung a stand directly across our little swamp from blind I have been sitting in. It’s in a tight position with limited shooting range but man is it tore up in there. I wanted to trim a lot more but it I really wanted to limit my time being over there, next year I will have more lanes to shoot. Yellow dot is where the blind is, red dot is where the new stand is.

Not sure what I'm doing out here but I've been on stand for 3 hrs. 0 deer. This season has been a challenge.

Last hour and 15 of light. Pretty much been holding on for deer life with the wind. Temps dropping as well.
Been on stand all day. Only seen three bucks, one of which is a known four year old basic eight pointer….that I doubt I shoot right now but might late season. Hoping the doe that has pulled all three up into bedding nearby chooses my way and a BIGGER boy is with.
I’m up, trying out the new stand on my point. Wind is marginal but it depends on where they come from. Good luck everyone
