Man I have no idea, checked out the vitals when field dressing and all I could find that hit the lungs was my second arrow, which entered his shoulder and went through and broke off in his opposite leg. Found 4in of shaft and my arrow hanging out lol

Yep. 15" of penetration. Shot was slightly downhill at a similar angle to the picture. 2" Spitfire broadhead.

This is special to me. Today is my Mother's birthday.

I also shot my buck last year on the same day. November 11th is special to me.

On my way in. 37f this morning one of the coldest this season with 8mph winds. Hi is 57f at 1pm then it’s supposed to get cloudy and cool down. With the chasing I seen yesterday it should be a good day, on paper. Good luck everyone!!!

Well i just made a new best hunting buddy. Didnt see much. They have been hitting this plot right at dark or little after. Little guy was getting a little restless at the end so they may have heard us in there. All in all was a good time. Also throw back 2 years ago today. Can you believe we had 4 inches of snow and it was 20 degrees! IMG_1925.jpeg IMG_2662.jpeg

Just had a forkie that looks like a two-year-old walk-through followed by a spike. That was kind of weird. :dan:

No kidding! I only had 4 arrows left, two flew true to one another so I only took them, thinking to myself "I'll never need more than two for a hunt"

    Boy was I wrong

1 hr of shooting light and I’ve seen 3 does, 2 small bucks, 2 raccoons, 1 coyote and now a bobcat.

Shot the biggest buck of my life. Also shot a doe. She is down. Possible liver hit on him. Backing out now.
