I am sick to my stomach. Through a friend of a friend, I just got a trail camera picture of the big 8 point I missed Friday afternoon. Another reminder, check your equipment. He was broadside at 22 and I shot under him. Shooting the next day showed that my arrow was hitting 10” low at 25 yards. I have deerpression. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I can definitely relate to this, I missed 3 does over about a week before I worked out it was my broadheads.
Wow, just Wow. So after all the other post about the deer I’m after I decided to move 150yds down the fence line closer to where he comes out late at night had 3 cameras around this stand for about a mth trying to really pin him down. Well while I was 150yds up the fence line he decided to come out this morning at 10yds from my stand. Now just the 2nd daytime pic. This has just given me a boost going into this long week. I know the time and date is wrong but I could figure it out by the time it captured me.
Back out for the afternoon. 9/10” of rain so far today. It has slowed down so I’m hoping that it will get them moving. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So dang close, 6 and a doe came in, then a really nice 8, dang 8 would not give a clean shot, kept stopping right where a sapling or branch covered the taters…dang it man.
Deer to my left 40yds got up. He's a 3pt and he's currently thrashing the bushes like he was a giant getting ready to fight another giant.
