I’ve been up in a tree for an hour and haven’t seen anything yet. I sure hope this wind dies down. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Pretty positive those otters killed one of my muskrat friends. Only one of them in there all day. Googled it and otters are actually a main predator of muskrats. Learn something new every day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

LOL So son stops by and I pass him in Gator to do chickens at dusk. He yells out there's a nice buck below. I get in house and ask where? Right infront of Rivers blind. You know where I spent an hour hammering , stapling and driving the Gator this afternoon. I said figures and I haven't seen a deer anywhere for over a week. He goes to leave and I hear from the porch " Hey ma no deer? I Open the door and there is a doe being chased right to our drive. His yelling turned the buck so we have zero clue to size as he was dark and she was pretty blonde still and easier to see in near dark. Old reliable in the morning.
End of shooting light can’t come soon enough. I don’t want to be in this tree anymore lol. I’m extremely bent, but not broken yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Still in stand. Been dark 30 minutes. Deer around in picked cornfield. Passed on a nice 3 year 8 point. Sw several 2 yo bucks. Had 3 yo buck walk 10 yards behind me 10 minutes after dark. No hard chasing. Hate busting all these deer out. Can't believe none winded me. No opportunities on does.
I’m out, 8 doe, button buck and two young bucks. Be back out here tom am, left my setup in the tree. Think it’s gonna be a good morning for that setup.
