As stupid this may sound, I've switched to electrolytes in the stand...you have my sympathy...now kill something!
Just had this guy at 30 yards but he wouldn't stop. I hit the grunt tube, he stopped to thrash a bush, and then he kept walking over the ridge.
Corp of engineers must have released water. Man it's never been this low. Had to walk through mud in the water and walk an extra half mile. Will need my waders in the morning if the water rises even 2 inches. On advice from a friend I'm out here to enjoy wildlife. Big buck would be icing on the cake.
I’m out here to kill big bucks (the cake) and the wildlife (icing) is just part of it. Wildlife just takes the suck out of the hardcore grind of it all and makes sitting in a tree for 12 hours somewhat more tolerable lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Another slow morning for me beside the doe who hated my guts and the probably 160” buck that snuck past me. Im so thirsty and out of water. I just rattled so ill give it 20 min then im headed back to truck for lunch, regroup, back out. Its NOVEMBER 7th!!!!
Between all of these Buck Cereal killers on here this morning, someone is dropping a good one. Probably more than one of us. Mark my words.
Well once the does took the 2 bucks away from me I decided to go find a tree to climb for tomorrow. Found a tree climbed up and sat for awhile then didn’t like it. Went to a different spot but lacks good climbing trees. Might sit there tonight just to see what happens. Mind games, what to do!!
