Had some good activity this morning, no shooters. Passed a big doe w/2 fawns.
Weather got nasty about 10, and stayed that way. Everything shut down, really sucks.

Had this bruiser about 8 yards out my back door couple mornings ago, right before I woke up

Damn, that is gut punch for sure man...sorry to hear. Get a good night rest, shake that sh!t off, and get back out there. Grieve for this loss during the off season, not now. Therapist's orders! lol!

Just yearlings for me. Buck grunting in the thick stuff at dark. Had to leave 15 minutes early because I couldnt see anything because of the mist/fog. Time to relax and watch the Vikings.

First buck and on public land in Arkansas, I am a proud dad. A 100” public land buck in Arkansas is a good deer.

Me and my 4y.o. Set up a blind behind the house. We didnt “hunt” but we hung out. I knew we wouldnt see anything because the neighborhood was hoppin and dogs and kids followed us to the area we were setting up. But we practiced sitting and talking quiet :lmao2:. I considered that a successful hunt. I cant wait to get him back out. Best thing is its in my yard so when hes done its a short walk to the house .

I did swirch one other thing up as well. Another nostalgic switch, never knew they had hot cinnamon...

The 45+ crowd will remember. If you haven't had baking soda embedded in flavored sugar, have you really ever lived?

Still have some Atomic Fireballs as well, outside of deer season I rarely eat sugar.

Grandson passed on a couple small ones. I'm proud of him. I didn't see any. I'll be back out in the morning.

I’m 36 and went on a kick of the blue and red Zotz. Got the girlfriend’s younger brother addicted to them and he ordered a boat load… still eating them to this day.

Am i the only one awake?. Its dumping rain here and warm for few days then another front moves in. Takes the sting of working away a bit. Good luck if anyone is out there today. Its November 4th, no weather will stop the force of the rut.

Little warmer this morning, 39 degrees. This will be my last set on this trip to Ohio. Headed to SC in tomorrow morning. Good luck if you’re out today.
