Just got settled in this tree stand. Pretty windy out right now. Hopefully it settles down the last hour of daylight. Good luck if you’re out.

Don't these bucks know my plan? You know the one where I kill a 200 inch buck today, drink tomorrow, then hunt Illinois this upcoming week? Geez bucks come on.

Just got all caught up. Congrats on the kills so far today, let's get a few more! I'm going crazy reading all these posts and not being in a stand. I'll be there tomorrow afternoon though, can't wait!

Got set up a bit ago. Same swamp stand. Light rain/sleet/snow predicted for this evening. Light and variable winds.

First time I’ve packed in both my bibs and jacket and gotten dressed at the tree. Always did the jacket but not the bibs. Game changer. So much more comfortable.

Time for a wintergreen pouch and enjoy this beautiful evening. Hopefully bucks are frisky.

Just got settled in on a spot I had some luck on last year in a climber I bought off a co worker to replace the one that got stolen out of here it’s a nice light stand but narrower than my old one worried about deer hearing my clothes rub the sides when I stand up did see four does cross the cow pasture on the way in good luck everyone

Just sat down. I was settling in and look up...doe fawn 50 yards into field. Hunting edge of picked corn. I laid scent down to my stand, walked passed, and more doe scent on way back. Fawn...not observant. Let's hope big buck is not observant with head down.

VanFlosser - I like the scheme!
