All set up with an hour till daylight, time to relax and enjoy the morning. Feels like a deer killing day out here pumped to be in a new tree, deer were moving on camera yesterday evening and with the drop in temp plus the rise in barometric pressure I think it’s a perfect storm here this morning

Been up and willing....bodies saying don't think so. Hands are , lets say not looking or feeling good. Definately not ladder climb worthy at the moment. Looks like a mid morning try.

Had a small doe come in under me and hang out for an hour, mostly before daylight, right after first light I had a small buck cross above me at about 65 yards, beautiful morning out here! Wish I didn’t have to get down at 9. Still plenty of time to make it happen

1000168575.jpg 1000168577.jpg 1000168576.jpg Well I think I've wore out the one cut bean field that ive been hunting. I'm ready to drastically switch it up, I've got a deep draw that I've never really hunted, but I know that it holds some nice deer. It's only about 5 acres, has 2 exits and springs of water. Steep hills on 2 sides, brush and tall grass in the bottom. But I really dont know how to hunt it. The reason that the deer are there is because they can lay down there and watch the ridges. Its also chock full of oak trees. There are ag fields on the top of the ridge that they do go to sometimes. There is a flat area around the top of the one ridge that you can sneak thru and look over the edge.I need some advice on how to hunt it, cause I've never figured it out yet. I'll post up a few onx screenshots.
