    Up in the stand and ready for some action tonight. Laid down some scent and brought the antlers with me.

    Typically I see deer on this wind in this spot.
    Plus the camera said so yesterday also. Better conditions today
    How was the 500 lb gorilla ???

    I can't win. Slowly move bc my back hurts and a deer that I don't see takes off. This ain't my year. Whatever it was it was coming right to me.

    Finally, .... Vac. #1 starts tomorrow ... will be up in the afternoon Fri. after the rain passes and the wind switches from southerlies to W/NW-NW/N ... Ive got two days of Northerlies (Fri/Sat.) then it goes back to southerlies of some direction and heat returns mid week next week (I'll go steelhead fishin' then) ..

    9 deer so far, does and fawns, 1 buck, and heard at least 2 other bucks grunting to my east.

    Happened to my this morning.

    saw doe and 2 fawns tonight fawns close enough but not moms.

    10 min left.

    I'm here, but expectations are low. Realized once I was up in the stand that i parked the vehicle in the wrong spot. So the deer will be able to see it. Oh well, if I see anything it's because they are dumb lol

    3 does look within 30 yds. They know I'm here but can't find me. They finally just moved off.
