Mainly beans getting harvested here in sw MI. Few corn fields. Looks like the harvested the bean field down the road of where I hunt yesterday.

We got set up and have had 3 around us back and forth for about 35 min. Fresh cut corn. We will shoot a forky because we are here for learning and fun. Great morning but not wind at all. Thumbs down

All the fields on my places are already harvested. Some of the bean fields have already been replanted in winter wheat or ground cover greens.

All hell broke loose, 4 or 5 bucks, couple does and fawns, chasing, grunting, snort wheezing. Biggest was maybe 115”. Was going to shoot a doe but a forky messed that up trying to get his Willy wet

I’m finally in for the first time this year. I had a couple deer in my backyard this morning so I couldn’t even go to my stand. I had to wait them out.
Good chance they’ll be back in a couple hours though.
    Let’s gooooooo!!!

Just spine shot a smaller buck. Think a 6 point. Had to get down and put another shot in him. Letting him lay and I’ll get a better look.

I was feeling a little bloody last night but I haven’t taken leave of my senses.

A buck walked by before shooting light. I’ve passed on two does that were traveling alone but no bucks were behind them. Yet.
