OK in gypsy blind, 64 yrds up hill of clmber. This is for a variety of Stupid reasons. Namely from cryng out loud leg cramps from...dehydration/ electrolytes.
Farmer cut larger section and quit. So section in front of me is still standing. I don't know if he cut the field across the road. I also do not know if he has the corn behind sanctuary up hill from me. The dairy farmer should have chopped it by now.due to leaf cover I can not see cut part, though can se rub area.fro..most positioning they are coming out of our gully headed to field when rubbong.8 can se a good section 9f gully

I'm in a brand new spot tonight. I found this about a week ago and I've been getting good traffic Herr. The wind was right tonight so I thought I'd give it a try. It is a loooooong walk down here so I hope it pays off. Here's a few pics I've gotten from this spot Screenshot_20241017-164021.jpg Screenshot_20241017-164107.jpg Screenshot_20241017-164157.jpg

Up in a new stand I put up this spring. I have one other stand sort of in the woods. 14 stands around this 160 acre corn field...not a lot of woods I can hunt. They do like this ridge. Looks like a rub on the other side on 7" Tree in middle of pic.

I love shooting does, but may pass tonight. I have to pack for the weekend getaway at my sister's. Fall colors, king salmon in river, good food, and football. ...no hunting.

I'll be out every minute starting Monday I can manage. 1000010079.jpg

I do not understand there's no truck running along side and it looks like he's just cutting it

I'm in so deep back here I would only shoot a buck. Even then it would make for a long night because I would have to drive clear back home to get my side by side, and that's over an hour each way. Oh, and bonus, right before I walked out here I went to start my car and it was dead. I have a jump pack with me and it started when I put it on. So hopefully it will be ok when I get back to it.

Why? Why would he spend the money to grow that crop just to cut it down. Thats a ,relative, small combine do they have in machine storage? That field is 1/2 mile long. He'd have to back track to fill truck at the road.

Just caught antlers moving. Bedded down. Decent buck, but not sure how big. Going to grunt a little.

I’m set up for the afternoon sit.

Thete wasn’t another tree that I could get in with my climber in that spot so I moved 80 yards away. I’m still in the basic area.

have a great view of the road, fairly open skootimg room and I’m in a triple red oak. I’m not the first one to sit here either.

He's 70 yards away. Behind trees. Must have been scratching butt. No movement.
