Just let dogs out,it's pouring. So I checked forcast, will do same all night and throughout the morning. We'll see about an afternoon hunt but then winds are suppose to be howling. Just a doe and twins out in field early. Cam shows doe at 1-2 a.m. lots of fox and some raccoon on chestnuts and hazelnuts
Hahaha! I’ll say they got lucky! I wish i could have seen the look on their face. Probably best for all parties involved that light turned green when it did.
Well i guess im a glutton for punishment. Tonight really was a reminder of how out of shape i am. Just saw those does on stand. Im so sore and tired that i e decided to do it all over again tomorrow. Talk to whoever will be out in the am in about 6 hrs haha.
I've been working all evening at my home office and haven't even gotten a chance to check my cams from tonight. Trying to somewhat dig myself out of this hole I'm in before next week RutCation.
Congratulations, my friend! Well done! How fast a season can turn… Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Wow, gone 2 days and 15 pages later. Might get in some late morning mid day hunts. Soccer coaching is kicking my ass and limits my afternoon hunts. Also, have lots to do in the garden, on the barn and getting the tractor ready for winter. Life is to busy, to many irons in the fire I guess. Good luck everyone, see you in a tree sometime soon.
