I had a good sit. All deer passed by around the 4:30 mark. Didn't see anything the rest of the evening. 2 doe and 2 fawn for the sit.
I’m down and back home. I didn’t see anything but I sure heard a buck and I’m fairly certain he winded me. Wind was out of the north. He was walking the south side of the ridge going east to west at that steady buck pace. When he got to my scent cone it just went quiet. I didn’t hear him run or anything. Oh well, there’s a lot of other places I have to try. I’ll go back there in the morning just because my stand is there.
Last hour of my hunt, all of a sudden the wind was brutal and it didn't calm down until last light. Didn't see any.
Good luck, Brett! Lot of does and fawns piled into the cut beans near dark. None close. Busted all of them out of the field which I hate doing but I have no other choice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Wild night. I got close to killing what I believe was a mature buck. He got hung up right before last light.
What a hell of a day. Almost getting killed in a car accident. Got close to ripping someone out of their car but they got lucky and the light changed as I pulled on their door handle. Lol. Killed a doe and almost killed a buck.
