The full moon effect is real from about the second week of - through late October and no wildlife biologist nerd is ever going to convince me otherwise.
Im in a good spot. I think. Ive got white oak acorns raining down around me, cut corn to my NE standing to my west. Found some decent sign here but it took forever to find it. Bad thing is i also found a good amount of human sign. Not sure whats going on at this place. Wish i had more time to scout it.
Got some turkeys scratching behind me. Never fails. If i dont buy a turkey tag ill be covered up in em. If i do i wont even see one
Almost got it done on a doe. 2 of them coming in perfect at 20yds. Needed a few more steps and a deer behind me blew one time out of the blue. Way too far to see me and I’m tucked in here good. They are still feeding behind me so I have no idea. The 2 in front of me bounded off. Dang. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I have a decision to make quick. Does feeding toward me. One of them is a big mama. Wind swirling a bit. Shes on edge. I will have such a far drag but she may bust me if i dont shoot her
Out… just the deer in the thick bedding area seen.. nothing else Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
