2 Doe have been through. One headed to the corn and one coming out. Was supposed to start rain ik NH by 1700 but the weather has pushed it out till 1900. That's a bonus.

Just heard a large tree fall about a hundred yards away.

We’re home now. We went to the VA hospital and it’s Sunday so no MRI today. We know nothing is broken and they gave her some good meds.

The doctor is almost positive it’s a partial rupture of her left Achilles tendon but we will need an MRI to verify. They will call tomorrow to set that up.

In the meantime she’s hobbling around and telling me to get back in the stand and hunt. I guess I could since I’m moving to a stand that’s less than 100 yards from my house.

This may be a scrape. Two branch tips void of anything. I think I see a hoof print.

I’m up in a tree 71 yards behind my house. I haven’t seen much traffic on this side of the road lately but I’ve killed quite a few does over here.

If my wife needs anything I can be down and there in less than 5 minutes.
