Well we are having Nov. Deer weather here. Snow and high winds, temps. in 30's. Hoping this leaves before May 1, though I've hunted with a few inches of white on the ground the first week. It's usually cold thunderstorms. Goodluck all you guys out there, enjoy!
Not a peep and no gun shots either. I sat in a bottom this morning and there was really no wind either. Decided it was time to run and gun... A few finds...so far....
Both of my nephews got one this morning in Ohio's youth season that came in today. Shot about the same time at two different farms.
Left the bow in the truck today and couldn't manage a morning hunt. So here I am trying to get one randy enough to take one from my old 870.
Ha! I am not sure if it is spec one or not. Both of those are Cody's and I've had them for probably 15 to 20 years. Sweet calls and very easy to get good tones out of. I've lost a ton of calls over the years, but have managed to keep those close to hand. A lot of birds have come in for the last time to one of those
