Just do it, bro… all they can say is no and most are very nice about it We just landed 120 acres of swampy land 25 minutes from my house that has monsters pulled out of it. No one has hunted there for 5 years…. Because no one asked him until we did… and it’s only $1,000 between 5 of us! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums

VS. One thing most of forgets is, often to get permission, is ,a landowner may deny permission for years only to find out thier planted trees/ flowers are getting killed by deer. $$$. Years of no's can turn to yes in a heartbeat.
I'm up and tied in at the turnip plot. Lots of tracks here. Sadly, mostly nocturnal. I'm Buck hunting. T Minus 3 sits left in the VT season. Good luck everyone.
I just caught up on some pages, I been in Iowa for 2nd gun. Been seeing a pile of deer, bunch of close shooters. The weather hasn’t been cooperating the best. I had a real good buck last night I elected to pass. If he comes out again tonight it’s gonna be a lot harder to pass again. I shot a coyote when I got on stand around 12:30 today so that was fun! Good luck out there everyone !
I’m back up for the PM sit. I moved 80 yards SE. The only tree I could find to climb was a gum tree that’s so big the Viper cables are on the last lug and were bowed out a bit at the bottom. I’m about 20 feet up. I usually like to go higher but there is a small tree behind me here. Let’s see if any does show up this afternoon.
Well crap. I got down and looked for the arrow. I found it but my Nockturnal was missing. The fletches are clean but there is blood and hair about 15 inches up the arrow shaft but the broad head was buried in the dirt. There was blood at the impact site. Im thinking I hit a twig I didn’t see and hit the deer a glancing blow. I could have sworn I heard her crash though. I’m waiting for Bubba to get here and we’re going to see what the trail shows.
