    Out again for my last doe. Not sure why these ladies are making it so difficult. Could have filled this tag multiple times before the rut but decided to wait until I killed my buck. Now they seemed to have vanished. ?????

    Lockdown seems to be over for quite a few bucks. Nice daytime movement/chasing going on the cams today.

    Too bad I’ve been stuck at work.

    great morning for early deer movement while it was still cold .... Had big buck at 24 yds, before shooting light, all I could see was he was outside his ears width wise, big body/ tall tines, to dark to count points however, walked off before shooting light .... had another large 9pt sneak in behind me downwind, he didnt stick around ... the big 8 that circled me yesterday came back thru, no shot, to much brush/limbs ... and then 2 smaller bucks nosed around... had 6 does (antlerless)get downwind of me, right before that 9 winded me, then 2 does pass by in front, I passed shooting one ... saw 5 bucks, 8 Anterless (does/buttons/fawns) .. back in the same stand location tomorrow... may be my last day out, vac ends Sat. .. rain/high winds coming Fri and then gun opens Sat.... I dont go near the place when gun is open, I'll go back out after it closes and see whats left .. if I get a chance at a big Doe tomorrow, I'll try to take her... time is about up for now ...
