    have not recovered the deer yet. Lost blood into 80 acre field of high grass. We grid searched and drove a couple of polaris rangers up and down the field. No deer, will give it another look tomorrow morning. With the coyote population here I don’t like my chances, but we will give it a go tomorrow morning.

    lastly, talked to Mrs. Noodles today, looks like I will be in the woods pretty much from this Thursday the 9th through Sunday the 19th other than a day to come home, drop off the dogs and do some laundry.

    Day 4… gonna just hunt the morning as the afternoon is gonna hit 80… could have killed lots of does and little bucks… if I see this guy again, he may have a different ending.

    I'm on different property than yesterday. I'm about to walk through standing corn (tired of it) to a stand and sit until I shoot a decent buck. I'll shoot does given the chance. I might move to a nearby stand. It's a breezy east wind with rain moving in. I need east wind to hunt this side of the field. I've got food, drink, and my tree umbrella. I'll enjoy the day off work.

    Dman- good luck finding the doe.

    Let's help control the deer population.....killlllll!
