    Oh and good luck to those out today.

    Warm weather and poor wings for my spots, along with birthday dinner for my kids with November birthdays will have me sidelined today.

    And OND, my knees were telling me the same this morning. Movement is key, or as my son graduating PA school reminds me 'motion is the lotion'.

    Slept horrible. Appreciate the encouragement, but I'm just sick about the whole thing. It is so thick in there, he could've been dead 50 feet away and I wouldn't know in the dark.
