One of the scariest times in the woods i got set up in the dark well before daybreak and a coon fight kicked off in the same tree i was in. 2 big old bull coons i swear were fighting till the death. Lasted for quite a few minutes and the sounds they were making were like beasts from hell.

And there he came, looked like a nice 9 pt. He came through the thick stuff where some of the does went. Hopefully he chases them back around here

once ground hunted sat my back against a tree and a short time later a couple turkeys came on down out of that same tree with half the grace turkey normally use.
sounded like crashing helicopters or something right on top of me

She's at 31 yards and one of the bucks I'll shoot is 50 yards watching her.

Had to put down my tablet and get my bow.
He came to 45 yards and made a scrape at that cedar tree in the back ground.
They walked down towards the river now.

I just had a 140” 8 point come down the same trail. This time I saw him coming. But, he veered off before he got to the shooting lane and never came closer than 45 in an opening. This one dwarfed the other 8. Both magure bodies, bigger rack on this one. I am shaking.

I have drawn on two msture bucks in the last 45 minutes and neither stopped in an opening long enough for me to take the shot.

I requested all of my loins and roasts cut/wrap/freeze. 10# of burger and 10# of summer sausage. Figured that would get me close to 60lbs that I assumed I would get back. Well she must gave yielded more than I expected and they put the rest into summer sausage.

Nearly $300 later, I'll just keep processing my own. First time having one processed by anyone other than myself.

Would it be possible to go in there in the spring and kind of cut some pathways?
