Taking kids to school, going to the bank and then up the hill to get in a stand for 4-5hr mid day hunt. Hopefully be sitting by 11, out by 4.
Good luck AM shift!! Congrats @slickbilly-d !! Happy Birthday @alenhard15 !! 3 years ago today was one of my most memorable hunts. 4" of snow and it took me two and a half hours to get to my deep spot. The first picture shows why....all the small trees and branches were leaning over making it so hard to navigate.
BTW all 3 pics taken at the same time. Bright ones on moon side, the dark sun rise side. The difference is wild. Well new cell cams not working will fix after hunt. I'll take a walk with a different card and phone this time. 28`
Good luck all! We had four go down yesterday. Let's make it 5 plus on this thread today. Last day of work for me. 7 months in a row without taking a personal day off. I'm done and ready to hunt.
My go to’s are the outdoor edge folder and that toad fish folding fillet knife, but the raptor talon skinner things (I don’t remember what they’re called) are really nice.
