It's a straight line from Texas that flows up here and engulfs NYS supposedly we get a possible break 11-2. By tonight temps drop into mid 20's with possible snow. Next 4 days 40's /20's ZERO RAIN..
Eating breakfast and headed to go scout a place to hang a stand. Good Luck, everyone! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’m hunting my lease in MN until the wind shifts this afternoon then I think I’m going to head to WI for the evening sit.
Get there early, take your time, don't overdress/overheat on the way in, stop to rest on the way in. Get setup, cool down, layer up and be still. You got this.
Hmmmmmm....that might work... especially since sunrise is at 7:20 on Thursday which will give me plenty of time. I typically walk in wearing just camo cargo shorts a short sleeve t-shirt and get my lower body layers on at the base of the tree. I'd like to be set up by 630, let's overshoot for the time it will take me to walk in, so like 2 hours to force myself to go slow. This means I need to leave the truck at 4:30, which means I have to leave my house at 4:00 which means.....I can do this, LOL!! I still have a roll up deer sled stashed in deep, and my son and friend can help later if needed. The first walk in will have a majority of the weight because I'll be able to leave the stand and some gear in the tree. This could work! Thanks Bill!
Pouring rain here. Gonna stay inside by the woodstove and get stuff done. Tomorrow looks great, cant wait to get out. Good luck everyone.
Keep practicing the shooting and form work! This time of year we all have the tendency to not shoot for 4 to 5 days at a time while we are hunting hard. Keep sharp!
Camera blowing up this morning while I’m at home, I’ll be out this evening, Wednesday morning, Thursday, and if needed Friday morning
