    One month till the opening day for CT!! I haven't stepped foot in the woods since November. I'm expecting the swamps to be super wet so I think I'll concentrate on starting near funnels on the high side of the swamps. I also have no idea about the acorns, if there are any this year, if the white oaks are producing this year. I actually love going in blind and adapting on the fly. No trail cameras, just relying on my woodsmanship....which may or may not have something to do with me not killing a deer since 2017.......LOL

    A month from now I hope to be packing an elk or two (mine and my buddy’s) off the mountain…

    NC deer season should also be open (opens the 9th).

    Looks like a big ol bear ! If that was my cam it woulda been clean ripped off the tree haha. I got bad luck with em destroying my cams up camp !

    It's an absolute miracle that it didn't get ripped down haha. I've had 2 ripped down so far this year but thankfully the cameras are still working.

    Really F_uped today.
    Had an hour mid day to spray weeds in a 3/4 acre food plots.
    Filled up the tank with 15 gallons of water and went balls to the walls.
    Got the ATV loaded into the trailer and strapped down.

    Opened up the tailgate and seen the chemical still sitting in the jug.

    Dumb_ass.
