Thank goodness for this hybrid saddle set up. My back is killing me after yesterday and being able to go back and forth from saddle to sitting helps a lot.

Took the family out to western VA to the drive through safari. The elk did not disappoint and put on a show! Resized_20231028_102939.jpeg Resized_20231028_102917.jpeg Resized_20231028_102927.jpeg

Good luck guys, woke to heavy rains and stiff NE winds. Last night was calm not to cold and very bright. I know where the deer are right now with full bellies. They'll come out of the many pines this afternoon with 1-4pm no rain, 40 degrees and dropping. Tomorrow is suppose to be worse and dropping into 20's at night. Then no rain, SUPPOSEDLY, for 4 days with continued cold temps.
I'm so over mentioning rain way too much since spring. Oh boy I just see what's coming this winter.

This was me this morning. Never hunted this spot...walked into woods toward some of my pre scouted spots and I kept going toward the southern border for whatever reason.

I just picked up that same one yesterday!! Does it go on the tree pretty easy? I was messing around with it in the basement yesterday and looks pretty simple

In Indiana we have navigable water ways and non-navigable. The non-navigable is considered private.
    But…
If you are all legal and you kill that buck, I’d laminate a picture of you holding it and post it where he left the note

The plastic piece wants to turn with you get into the tree a little. The nut on the end was loose and I didn’t tighten it up before. I’d tighten the nut up so you can grab the bigger plastic piece and crank it in easier. Other than that it’s all good and doing it’s job
