    I’m back in. Bumped a few/doe dawns about 30 yards from my stand. Wind is perfect for my food plot stand. Just need this same thing to happen while I’m in it. Good luck to everyone.

    I was finally able to get out in the woods this morning after a week and a half.

    The temperature is dropping with a freeze coming in the next couple of days and the deer are moving right now but none were kind enough to give me a shot.

    Rain set in about 9 am so I'm out for the day, It's supposed to keep it up through tomorrow morning.

    more darn rain coming .. sat out this AM, nothing but squirrels and chipmunks ..was 43deg. at sunrise.. maybe an all dayer is in my future come Monday after the front passes or a 3/4 dayer ..

    That’s it for me. Time for Halloween activities with the lady. Nice 8 1/2hr shift in the tree. Not sure the next time I will be out. Might not be able to get out tomorrow.

    I finally got a chance to get out. Checked some stands and everything looks good. Got a couple of the neighbor boys in some stands too odds are good for one of us to take something home tonight.

    Just settled in. Have my SIL with me. Put him in the better stand for this wind. Hope he gets a chance at one. He doesn't get much time to hunt. Good luck to those that are out tonight.

    So, I was getting ready to leave this morning, said bye to my wife and she gave me the "poor me" look. Apparently, her sister was busy and another friend didn't respond. Soooooo I spent the day with her LOL! Went out to lunch, had some drinks, got some ice cream, and now she is sleeping on the couch. To late to get out now, lol! Sometimes we gotta do what we gotta do boys! She is 100% good with my 3 day Buttcation and said she'd take care of the dogs.

    With the rain this morning , the cold front is coming thru now. I'm in a tree ,
    Winds have picked up a little, blowing in a different direction. Chance of snow has been forecasted for Tuesday. If no snow it will be cold and should be good. Tomorrow is out. Dam Pa game Comm. No Sunday hunting yet.

    It's 54 now.

    Just had 3 adult does come past me. No fawns. Kept looking back but nothing following so far. They moved through. 20 yards

    I'm up for the afternoon hunt. The wi d is switching from NW to NE, so I'm on the east side of the field in a stand I've never sat I before. Good thick cover and bedding to my east.
