All set up on the ground on the Jobsite. Owner would like some deer shot off so gonna try to do my part. For now does only but hoping he says I can let a buck have it if opportunity arises. I have a strange feeling that a monster will end up at 20 yards and I can’t shoot him. Good luck fellas. Gonna sit until 8 or so then I have to work Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
All set up and waiting on daylight, overlooking a scrape that hasn’t had any visitors since Monday morning, hoping that changes this morning!!! Good luck guys
Today is when I planned to start hunting. Just woke up to 2 inches of snow and 25mph winds. A log on the fire, recliner and reading all your hunting stories sound much better.
Back in the same spot as yesterday , with the coughing fit 8 pt buck Good or bad idea. ????????? We shall see It's warm
Dirty nuggets smelled me. Blowing everywhere!!!! I gotta find a tree for next time. Need a stronger breeze also. Calm here and they were surrounding me. Had to be at least 6 or so within30 yards. One was behind me in pines within 10 yards when she blew. Scared the crap out of me. Can’t see that direction. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Thinking about the rain ending for a bit tomorrow morning and the temps dropping 35 degrees in a half a day. Late October.
I'm in, but man is it windy. Shooting light now, but gonna be too dark for a while yet with the cloud cover. 34 degrees this morning, 70 yesterday. Could be a good day. Good luck if you're out. Sent from my SM-S918U using Tapatalk
Full Moon tonight and through the weekend, HUNT MIDDAY! We have a fall family photo shoot schduled for first thing tomorrow morning, as long as this forecasted rain does not turn into thunderstorms, I plan on heading out around 10 am and sitting the rest of the day. Good luck if you are out today.
I'm back, I don't know what's up with phone but not working again. ,just internet? I get texts and can call out Anyways light breeze going in, sounds of animals around the woods as I entered and way to bright out there. Going to 77 today then dropping like a rock. 3 day rain GREAT for Holloween hunting and snow Wednesday..SUPPOSEDLY. Kill, kill, kill and stay safe guys. Someone just shoot a turkey down hill north of us....
