    Real nice doe 70 yards out in a rocky water hole. If deer are out there often, may have to fabricate a blind out there.

    I’m up for my last sit this trip. I’m not sure I want to shoot another doe and the owner doesn’t want me to shoot another buck so I’m basically here to support my brother.

    Pulling in I scraped the side of my truck on a T-post hidden in the weeds. It pissed me off enough that I may just shoot another deer out of spite.

    I drew on one doe as she stepped behind a tree but she emerged from it coming straight towards me. I was holding it for what seemed like forever when another doe walked into a lane at 25yards. Settled the pin aimed small her we are.

    I just had a 2 year old 8 point who must have thought the rut started. He was chasing does all over the place and grunting. Maybe it will bring in his grandpa.
