I’m up for the afternoon sit with very low expectations.

Tomorrow starts a 2 day muzzleloader season and I was planning to use my bow but now I think I’ll be lucky if I get a long shot at a doe.

Alenhard - awesome the transition to blind and cross bow worked so well.

    Up

    Weekend is here!

Need to watch 360* around me. Back at the north side of the field where I was Monday and saw little buck at scrape.

    Does before Bros.

    Good shooting fellas.

Sorry for the blurry pic. This is the biggest buck I have on camera so far this year. Walking around an 430 only 4 days ago. Hunting there tomorrow afternoon. Screenshot_20231020_122750_Gallery.jpeg Screenshot_20231020_122734_Gallery.jpeg

Picked up a new toy on the way home from work today. If I don’t put to use befofe then, one of my boys hopefully will during the youth rifle hunt in a couple of weeks.

I had zero confidence in where I was sitting so about an hour ago I packed up and moved to a much more promising looking spot.

That is awesome Adam. I'm still hunting with my Dad and he is 78. I'm amazed at how good of shape he is still in but he loves it and I do everything I can to encourage and help him.

Well make sure you set aside about 3 hours to stealth sticks 4 sticks and buckles. Was tedious but they turned out great. 4 novix minis and 3 with cable aiders. Also did some on my edp platform. Ready for the hunt tomorrow. View attachment 170066 20231020_182900.jpeg

    Good luck with the track/recovery.

I know you said he uses a 4 wheeler to get in/out, does he use crossbow as well? Hopefully the shot was true. Can't remember if it was today or yesterday you mentioned muzzle loader/rifle coming in.

Also, hopefully he's not color blind too...
