On cold fronts, I switch to my woolen loin cloth and just camp in the tree until I am one with nature. I don't even care that birds have nested in my beard and the possums snuggle me for warmth at night. Eventually the deer won't even notice my presence at all and I can just descend upon them, killing them with the spear I whittled while waiting. I can't be the only one?

Sometimes. Actually I was making all that up, but I feel that switching to a woolen loin cloth would be a go to move for me.
No blood, he already had it gutted and out to the trail by the time I got there but here is dad and his spike! I’m super pumped for him, he had back surgery this year and the doctor said he can’t draw his bow so he grabbed a crossbow and this is his first kill, his birthday is next week so my sister and I went in on a ghost blind for him to hunt public land in MD from the ground, second voyage out and it worked great for him!!
You would move alright with wool wrapped around the boys. Cause chaffing sucks and we all know you need to sit still while hunting!
The wool does give a place for the permethrin...even with potential chaffing, it's still. better than chigger crotch.
Haven’t checked in since the am, things got weird…per usual haha. I’m up, been up since 2:30. Rain off and on. Have the wind for where I been wanting to setup, giving it hell. Buck or bust.
