She's in the back of the truck, packed with a 20lb bag of ice. Going to take her to the processor in the morning. It's only going to be in the low 50s tonight, do you guys think it will be fine like that? I've got her propped so the water runs out as the ice melts and legs spread open. I would normally hang them when it was colder out but I don't have access tonight.

Nice shot (exit) I assume INB. Shell be just fine.

    Old, that sure sucks!

My biggest buck was stolen out of the back of my truck at a grocery store.
    I wasn't there for maybe 10 minutes.

Yes, exit. Entry was pretty high, very impressed with the VPA 3-Blade. She ran maybe 40 yds total, dropped no more than 50yds from my stand.

Dang that's worse than in the field! Sorry to hear that. My first big buck here was taken after a deep snow and all the guys at camp. I got him gutted. Then did my best to cover all the mess up with snow. I managed to get him 30ft deeper in property but dang near had a heart attack. I was still in my 30's and weighed less than I do now. He was big. Got him in a dip and covered in snow so I could go to the house. Grab a sled and called the horse farms son and begged for help. We had less than a 800ft drag and with a sled it took over an hour to get him to the house. Mind you the son was not far from my age. I was scared to death I'd come back with the sled and help and the buck would be gone. Farmer said had it not been for the snow he probably would have disappeared , it was knee deep

I’ll be in my stand in about 40 minutes. Good luck this morning, I’ll be trying to baptize the new bow.
